The minimum cash available necessary for franchise approval is $500,000. We require that any new franchisee commit to build multiple stores in their territory on a set development timeline.

According to the International Franchise Association (IFA), franchising accounts for some 10% of all new U.S. jobs. Furthermore, sales from franchises were forecast to hit $802 billion before the end of 2013 – an estimated total that would represent a 4.3% increase from the previous year.

You have the advantage of joining a brand with name recognition and loyal fans, which means your community will be thrilled of your presence before your doors open. That being said, there is so much more to joining a franchise than taking a name, especially with a brand like Andy’s. Alongside the brand name and business plan, franchisees that join the Andy’s family also gain access to our proprietary custard mixes, confidential operational and buying programs, your own exclusive territory, ongoing support and extensive training.

We’re a dynamic company that is absolutely passionate about our product and creating the best experience anywhere for our customers, and we’re looking for franchisees with a passion to rival our own, to join us.

Investing in yourself and in a premier part of the custard business could be one of the best decisions you make.  We hope to be part of your economic expansion and success!

Thank you for your interest in Andy’s Frozen Custard.

When you first walk up to an Andy’s store, you can’t help but feel that something extraordinary is taking place. Smiles abound, delicious scents swim in the air, custard machines happily churn our ribbons of frozen custard, and the menu suggests one irresistible treat after another, after another.

Then comes the moment of truth, when you sink your spoon into your treat and savor the first taste. “This is something extraordinary indeed!”

I want to share with you the secret behind this special experience.

You can literally taste, feel and see the fanaticism that emanates from an Andy’s.

Several years ago when we discussed the option of franchising and taking Andy’s Frozen Custard worldwide, frankly, we were skeptical. I wasn’t convinced that we could duplicate our customer experience, so we tabled the idea. Then it occurred to us, what if we only select those precious few people that are as committed and as fanatical as we are? It is my highest hope that you are one of those few people.

Running an Andy’s is a lot of work; doing anything that is special usually is. But with extraordinary effort comes possibilities that are just as extraordinary.

So that question remains:
