What exactly is the YUM SQUAD Loyalty Reward Program?
It is a program designed to show our appreciation to our loyal guests. YUM SQUAD Rewards members receive all of the following:
- Exclusive emails with special offers, news, events and promotional information from your local Andy’s Frozen Custard
- Points toward free custard
For each dollar that you spend, you receive a point. At 50 points, you will receive a reward that is redeemable for the treat of your choice up to a $5.00 value.
The YUM SQUAD Cards serve as loyalty cards as well as stored value (gift) cards. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of all program terms. These cards are not redeemable for cash.
How do I become a member?
Stop by any of our participating Andy’s Frozen Custard locations to receive your Andy’s Loyalty Card. Register your card at eatandys.com.
I don't have a physical YUM SQUAD Loyalty card/Where is my YUM SQUAD Loyalty card?
If you received an email to register your card on our website, your card is only a virtual card. Your account can be accessed via your card number found on that email. You may request a physical card at any location by providing them with your full card number (at a walk-up window).
I registered my YUM SQUAD account/card.
How do I redeem my FREE cone?
Once you have registered your account/card a FREE cone will be added to your YUM SQUAD Loyalty account. You can redeem this at any participating Andy’s location simply by giving them your registered phone number or full card number. This reward expires thirty days from the date you register your account/card.
I am having trouble with the website. How else can I register my YUM SQUAD Loyalty Card?

Do I have to have a physical Andy’s Loyalty Card?
No. As long as you have registered your virtual card online, all of your information can be looked up at our stores with the phone number that you provided, or with our app (available for download here). A physical card is not necessary to obtain points or redeem rewards.
What if I have an account, but forgot my card?
After you register your loyalty card online, the information you submitted can be used to find your rewards account. Simply tell us your phone number at the time of purchase, and we can add your points to your account.
How many loyalty cards am I allowed to have?
One loyalty card per person. Duplicate accounts will be removed from the Andy’s Loyalty Program.
What if I share an email with someone? Are we both allowed to register separate cards?
Unfortunately, only one card per email account is allowed.
What do I do if I have lost my Andy’s Loyalty Card?
For lost or stolen cards please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How does the Andy’s Loyalty Card program work?
Once you have registered your loyalty card, each time you present this card at the time of purchase, you will earn a point for every dollar that you spend. After you have received 50 points, you will earn one free treat, up to a $5.00 value.
What if I forgot to present my loyalty card at the time of purchase? Can I still earn those purchase points?
Unfortunately, there is not a way to add points to your account, except at the time of purchase. If you do not present your loyalty program information at the time of checkout, you will not receive points for that visit.
How do I get a free birthday treat?
In the past, Andy’s Frozen Custard has issued a free birthday treat to their Yum Squad Members. This feature has been discontinued. Loyalty program members can earn free treats by accumulating purchase points.
What do I get for being a loyal customer?
You will get points for each dollar you spend. When you reach 50 points, you will get a free treat (up to $5 in value) added to your account.
What do I get for registering my Andy’s Loyalty Card online?
As soon as you register your card on our website, www.eatandys.com, you will have a free small cone added to your account.
What if I want to redeem my free treat reward for a treat that exceeds $5.00?
If your treat exceeds a $5.00 value, you will be asked to pay the difference.
If I redeem my free treat reward for a treat less than $5.00, do I get any money back?
No. Once a treat is redeemed, the remaining balance is removed.
When will I receive my free treat for signing up?
After you have registered your Andy’s Loyalty Card, a free small cone will be added to your account. This treat can be redeemed at any of our participating Andy’s locations by presenting your active loyalty card.
How do I receive my rewards once I have earned them?
Once you have collected 50 points, a reward will automatically be added to your account.
Can I control when I redeem my rewards?
All rewards will be redeemed at the time of purchase. You may redeem these rewards any time you would like. All rewards come with a 60-day expiration date.
